Haute Normandy

An area of France that is familiar to many visitor to the Region though sadly because they are passing through from one of the large ferry ports en-route to other destinations. Rouen the capital of the region has a fine Gothic cathredral and is remembered for the place where joan of Arc was executed .
The coastal region has some very high chalk cliffs and long sandy beaches.
